No i dont do any diet plan and dont be in diet also... but i am fit in health... have food on proper times and do work outs like exercises you can be fit... but control eating junk foods.

dont have fatty foods eat lots of vegetables, green leaves,fresh fruits and fresh juices thats enough to be fit and healthy...

High-fiber foods.
Drink water.
Vitamins & minerals - Eating a nutrient-rich diet and consuming vitamins and minerals will burn fat and help you lose weight. :D

Need to drop some weight and find the right diet? Need to find which diet is best for you. To maximise you're chances of weight loss and to reach your weight goal you need to pick a diet that best suits you.

I go in gym almost every day and work hard there to lose some weight. For me it's the best way to keep fit.
