Imagine you find your friend always shivering while standing, sneezing continuously for days together, or just struggling to do anything for weeks together. Most of the times, chances would be that your friend is definitely unwell.

It?s not like you need to any professional expert to read the signs. It?s just that whether that?s physical pain or something else is going on in their world.

But, chances are more of mental issues is going on with your friend. I understand you might be hesitating to tell your friend that he/she needs to see a specialist for consultation and treatment.

Remember, being mentally ill is not a taboo, it?s just like your body is not cooperating with you. In the same way, your mind is doing those glitches as well.

Well, actually there are many parameters of it. When your friend needs help it totally depends on his/her condition. If he/she is having some situations like Phobia, unhealthy habits or addictions, family or relationship issues, stress or issues with his/her mental clarity then he/she definitely needs the help of a professional. However if someone wants to know more about mental issues related things like depression and anxiety then he can visit - CalmSage which is a very well known website for these kinds of mental health issues.
