Reveals the truth about fat-burning heart rate

Every new year brings new weight loss fads. While some might think low-intensity aerobic exercises are the solution to every type of weight loss issues, others constantly check their heart-rate to ensure that they are in a fat-burning zone.

But, is it true that burning a higher percentage of fats is equivalent losing weight.

No, that's totally a misconception that everybody is following without knowing the actual facts. So, if you are also going the wrong way, hold on and understand the basic concept behind fat-burning heart rate and weight loss.

Wow... Found this article really awesome. Gaining weight has become a problem worldwide and for this controlling weight is very necessary. However some person are too obssesed about weight loss that generally they become the victim of eating disorders, according to a blog of CalmSage there are many researches that have shown this kind of trend.
