We all have physical health and are always interested in improving our looks by cutting those extra pounds and building muscles. But what about mental health? Yes, we all have that too, but we usually don't care about it.

According to an article published in Men's Health, one in four people is diagnosed with some form of mental health, taking in everything from eating disorders to suicidal thoughts and anxiety. Thus, it is important to learn about the symptoms, causes, and different treatment options for anxiety disorder and other mental illnesses.

Along with medication there are a lot of other things we can do to overcome depression and anxiety. Reading motivational depression and anxiety quotes is one of such thing you can do to overcome from depression. Motivational quotes are something that give you required courage to fight with depression. So having a wall full of motivational quotes is not a bad idea.
